Smart Start Training

Why it Works

ATC Fitness’ Smart Start is not only free of charge, but it can benefit any member that walks through the doors at ATC. This program is designed to help you customize your workouts to your goals. Whether you are a member who has never worked out before or a regular looking to mix up your routine, our staff is here to help.  This program is available to members with either a Basic or Premium membership.

How it Works:

The first step in reaching any goal is to first figure out what you want to achieve. Once we begin, an ATC fitness employee will document where you are starting from and what you want to accomplish, making sure any goals are realistic to achieve. Once your goals are set, it’s time to start the journey. Our staff will walk you through a workout routine designed for whatever fitness level you need. Every fifteen visits we will sit down with you and make sure that you are making strides toward your goal.  If the member hasn’t made progress between measuring, we will change something in the workout.
