ATC Fitness is proud to have the best equipment in the Mid-South. We have large free weight areas and top of the line cardio machines from Life Fitness.
Our wide selection of weights and machines make it so that you never have to wait for equipment during your workout.
Facilities
All 18 ATC Fitness locations have everything you need for a safe and enjoyable workout. Most cardio machines come equipped with personal TVs with a variety of cable channels available. For members who wish to use their own devices, all of our locations are proud to offer free wifi access.
Locker rooms with showers are available at all of our locations, as well as water fountains and drink machines for all your hydration needs.
Health + Safety
Our equipment is thoroughly cleaned multiple times a day by our staff, and cleaning supplies are available to our members to wipe down the machines before and after use.
In 2020, we installed REME® Halo Air Purifiers in all of our locations to keep our gyms even cleaner and safe. This air filtration system actively removes pollutants, mold, and germs from the air, killing up to 99% of microbes typically found in the air. The system also keeps unpleasant musty odors at bay so you can focus on your workout worry-free.
Premium Membership Amenities
We offer the following additional amenities to our premium members for just $10 more per month. Interested in upgrading your membership? Talk to the front desk staff at your local ATC Fitness location during business hours and they can get you all set up!
Hydromassage Chairs
HydroMassage is a great way to recover sore muscles after an intense workout or just to wind down after a long day. Available during staff hours only.
ATC Fitness premium members can enjoy free daily use of our HydroMassage chairs as part of their membership. These chairs offer a comfortable and convenient form of pre-programmed or customized heated massages using a series of water jets.
tanning
Why pay high tanning salon costs when your local ATC Fitness location offers free tanning to all premium members? Maintain that sun kissed glow year round with use of our Level 4 KBL stand up or lay down tanning beds.
We also change our bulbs regularly, so you can be sure to get that deep, dark tan you are looking for. Available during staff hours only.
Smart Start Training
Why it works
This program is designed to help you customize your workouts to your goals as well as show you how to properly use the equipment.
Whether you are a member who has never worked out before or a regular looking to mix up your routine, our staff is here to help. This program is available to members with either a Basic or Premium membership.
How it works
The first step in reaching any goal is to first figure out what you want to achieve. Once we begin, an ATC fitness employee will document where you are starting from and what you want to accomplish, making sure any goals are realistic to achieve.
Once your goals are set, it’s time to start the journey. Our staff will walk you through a workout routine designed for whatever fitness level you need.
